The Council
The NPRA's general council is composed of a group of eight highly motivated individuals appointed from the community at large by the Executive Council. They are selected after an application process wherein their credentials are reviewed, they are interviewed and then - finally - hired.
The are floor representatives work together to design and implement programs and services all across Newton Place. They volunteer in the Nest, supervise events, put up posters, and meet every two weeks on Sundays at 6:00 PM to discuss things relevant to Newton Place and its residents. In total, there are seven floor representative positions and there are various portfolios to which they are assigned.
